Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, username, city and country (you provide these when you sign up). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google; we never see your Google password.

Photos and builds: the photo of your car that you upload, and every modification you apply to it.

Payment data: if you buy ModIQ Premium or Nitro credits, Wompi processes the payment — we never see or store your card number.

Usage data: which pages you visit and how often, in aggregate and anonymous form, through Vercel Analytics — it does not identify individual people.

Technical and anti-abuse data: your IP address and a device identifier (a cookie), used to limit mass account creation and protect the service.

If you apply as a shop: business name, address, WhatsApp number and any other information you share in the application form.

To create your account, save your builds, generate the AI modifications you request, process payments, send you service emails (verification, welcome, payments), connect you with real shops when you ask (“Get Installed”), protect the platform from abuse, and understand how to improve it.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Google (Gemini AI): the photo of your car is sent to the Gemini API to generate each visual modification you request. Google processes that image under its own terms of service.

Google (sign-in): if you choose to sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity and email to us.

Wompi: processes Premium and Nitro credit payments. We never share your email with Wompi beyond what is needed to complete the transaction.

Supabase: hosts our database and photo storage, on servers certified to industry-standard security.

Vercel: hosts the application and provides aggregate usage analytics.

Resend: sends our service emails (verification, welcome, payments) to the address you registered.

Cloudflare (Turnstile): a security check when you create an account, to tell people from automated programs.

Upstash: stores temporary counters (for example, per-IP limits) to prevent abuse.

If we connect you with a shop (“Get Installed”), we share only what is needed for them to contact you (your city, which mods you applied, and the link to your build).

Some of these providers process data on servers outside your country (for example, in the United States).

For as long as your account exists. If you want us to delete your account and your data, write to us and we will do it. Anti-abuse counters are temporary and delete themselves within hours or days.

You can ask us at any time to show you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it completely. Just write to us.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in, remember your preferred language, and recognize your device for anti-abuse purposes. Cloudflare may use its own cookies to run the security check. We do not use third-party advertising tracking.

ModIQ is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under that age has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change anything important in how we handle your data, we will announce it on this same page.
