How we handle brand data

This document explains how ModIQ handles the information brands share with us and the information we publish about their products.
1. What we collect and publish
Your brand name, product names, official images, spec sheets or installation manuals, fitment data and reference prices — only what you share with us or authorize us to use.
2. What we use it for
To show your products in the ModIQ visualizer, to display product details, and to build your official brand profile on ModIQ.
3. Your permission
We feature your brand and product images with your permission. If a listing exists and you'd rather it didn't, tell us and we'll remove it promptly.
4. What we share with you
Aggregate, anonymous demand insights — for example, which of your products are added to builds, by country. We never share personal data of individual users.
5. What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your private materials with third parties. We don't claim an endorsement or partnership that you haven't agreed to. Renders on ModIQ are illustrative and generated with AI from reference photos.
6. Corrections and removal
You can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time using the form on our brands page (choose "Listing removal request") or by writing to partners@getmodiq.co.
7. Distributors and installers
If you introduce us to your authorized distributors, we refer to your brand when contacting them only with your permission. Each distributor decides whether to join, under the terms of ModIQ's partner program.
